The Second Baltic Sea Youth Dialogue is initiated and financed by the Koerber Foundation
and the Council of the Baltic Sea States with additional funding from EUSBSR. The
programme in Olsztyn is run in partnership with the Warmian-Masurian Voivoidship and
is implemented by the Borussia Foundation in Olsztyn.
